Terms & Conditions Booking Terms & Conditions: TURNAROUND TIME: Clients will receive image proofs within 3 days of their shoot. All Video and photo turnaround time will be 5-7 days unless discussed with client. Additional $100 rush fee for video (recap, vlogs, reels) and/or photos if needed within 24 hours. All untouched photos /proofs are for the client to review and select for retouching. Raw or untouched images ARE NOT included. **All images will have watermarks, it is $35 for the full session without watermark). **Large events, and/or parties are the only photos that will be sent without water marking. Event/parties will have both retouched photos and RAW photos included , retouched photos are at photographers discretion. If you would like a particular RAW photo retouched, it will be $10 for edit. Turnaround time will still be 5- 7 business days unless discussed prior. If not an Event/ Party , the final retouched images will be delivered via download within 5-7 business days edit Turnaround, the period BEGINS after the edits are selected via the Photo Gallery by client and photographer is notified. LATE POLICY: Photoshoot time begins at the agreed appointed time. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, a fee of $50 will be added to their final invoice. No images, content, video will be delivered until invoice is paid in full. If the client is late, their session time will be shorter. If the client wishes to extend their session to the original time (subject to studio and photographer availability), they will be charged an additional $50 per hour and any late fees. If the client does not request extra time, their photoshoot session will end at the scheduled appointment time. HAIR & MAKE UP *Hair & Makeup, And Stylist not included for any bookings at the moment. BOOKING: To reserve a booking date, a deposit is required. The deposit will be applied to the final balance (All deposits are non-refundable) and the remaining balance will be due 24 hours prior to the date he/she has booked .No booking is final until deposit is paid in full. You will pay a deposit via invoice and or scheduling site. By booking and paying the deposit you agree to all Terms & Conditions. Balance of the booking , which is based on the service , plus any additional add- ons/fees in case of time extension and other applicable charges (Late fees, turnaround, etc. ) are to be paid in certified funds via cash, cash app or Apple Pay. PAYMENT: **CARD PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR FINAL BALACE, CERTIFIED FUNDS ONLY. I must receive final balance payment from Client in full at least 24 hours prior to the date he/she has booked or day of the shoot when booked for same day appts. Deposits can be paid via Card, Credit cards, Cash app, Apple Pay when receiving invoice and when paying through the booking site. The final BALANCE is when Card payments are no longer accepted. Certified funds only (cash app, Apple Pay) If payment not received for your final balance, 24 hours prior to the date he/she has booked or the day of the shoot and no form of communication. Your appointment will be cancelled. Please communicate with me if any unforeseen circumstances etc. **DEPOSITS ARE NON - REFUNDABLE Reschedule Policy You must inform the photographer of your need to reschedule 48 hours prior to the session or there will be a rescheduling/studio time fee assessed when rebooking is done the same day you are scheduled. All rebooking MUST be completed within 30 days of the original session or at the discretion of the photographer. New date must be given at the time of cancellation. 1st Reschedule - rebooking is permitted without additional fees, as long as you cancel prior to/within 48 hour cancellation timeframe. 2nd Reschedule - You will be required the full payment to lock in the next available date without losing your deposit (due at time of cancelation/rebooking). Refund Policy In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents KCLIXS from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or the client will be given a refund of their deposit, if applicable. Plus 25% off any future booking if unforeseen on my end. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed when the booking was made. Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; In addition to showing up on the booking date. KCLIXS has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”. If at anytime you are un-satisfied , please communicate with me so we can reconcile.
